We all know there is more information about diet and nutrition out there now than there probably ever has been. And we get it, it's flipping confusing! One source will report it's okay to eat a certain food, before the next source says not to. All of this has left us feeling helpless and that we can do no right... but we’re truly very happy to tell you that isn't the case!
What I believe is that we can work together so that you're equipped with the knowledge and tools to feel empowered, and successfully be able to look past all the pseudo-science and bad nutrition marketing out there. This will mean you can go about smashing your goals safe in the knowledge that they're based on real, scientific evidence but applying it to your lifestyle in a way that suits you (not Sandra in the office, not Jim in the gym… YOU).
