Hello! I`m Liv. The heart and soul behind the Mint Nutrition.
I am certified Advanced Sports and Exercise Nutritional Advisor and founder of Mint Nutrition. I absolutely love fitness, health and all the things nutrition. That is why I decided to supplement my Nutritional Advisor Qualification with Level 3 Personal Trainer Stamp! It was a total game changer for me. This life changing journey got me so hooked up that I decided to make it my business.
After getting my Nutrition Qualification in November 2019 and Personal Trainer Qualification in December 2019, I launched my Mint Nutrition Club. However - I’ve been capturing my journey and sharing the knowledge through blog posts since May 2019.
My actual journey started 3 years ago, in 2017. I was battling through anxiety, disordered eating and hormonal imbalances that left me with digestive issues and no clue what to eat, how often to eat or what healthy food looks like. I knew something had to change. I formed a mantra “Change Your Thoughts and You Will Change Your World” And I lived by it day in and day out.
I decided to heal myself through food, lifestyle and shift in my mindset. So trust me when I say this - I know first-hand that eating well, exercising and creating new habits can feel daunting, challenging or even impossible. I felt very alone and confused back then. I don`t want you to feel that way. As Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer, my goal is to un-complicate and demystify the confusing and contradicting information surrounding nutrition, exercise, and whole body wellness.
I want to simplify this process of building healthy habits and guide you through your own healing journey through one-on-one sessions done online from anywhere in the world or face-to-face if you live in Derbyshire, United Kingdom.
