Hello! I`m Liv. The heart and soul behind the Mint Nutrition.
I know first hand that eating well, exercising and creating new habits can feel daunting, challenging or even impossible. As Certified Health Coach, my goal is to un-complicate and demystify the confusing and contradicting information surrounding nutrition, exercise, and whole body wellness.
After battling my way through anxiety, disordered eating, and hormonal imbalances that left me with digestive issues, I decided to heal myself through food, lifestyle and shift in my mindset. I felt very alone and confused back then. I don`t want you to feel that way.
I want to simplify this process of building healthy habits and guide you through your own healing journey through one-on-one sessions done online from anywhere in the world or face-to-face if you live in Derbyshire, United Kingdom.
