Elizabeth Kyriacos RD
Specialist IBS Dietitian
As a lead dietitian, Elizabeth offers more than twenty years of clinical experience gained within the NHS and private practice. An alumna of King’s College London, her work centers on IBS, SIBO, and hormonal wellness for women. She believes in realistic care, crafting nutritional plans that fit seamlessly into school runs and hectic routines to ensure lasting success. She provides expert 1:1 online consultations to clients UK-wide.

Julie Walker RD
Specialist IBS Dietitian
As one of our dietitians, Julie offers 30 years of medical and freelance experience. A graduate of Robert Gordon University with a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Dietetic Practice, she is an expert in the low FODMAP approach. Julie knows that IBS isn't just a physical issue; it involves the mental stress of navigating daily life and work meetings while hiding symptoms. Her evidence-based care is built around your real life—commutes, family dinners, and specific triggers. Outside her clinical work, Julie is a music enthusiast who values quality time with her family. She provides specialist online support to clients throughout the United Kingdom.
Our approach
Science Led
Our dietitians follow national IBS guidelines and use proven, research-based methods.
Family Focused
We avoid rigid meal plans that aren't sustainable for busy mothers.
Nutritional Variety
We aim for the broadest diet possible rather than a restrictive list of foods.
Professional memberships
Both of our dietitians are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. We are active members of the British Dietetic Association, contributing to specialist groups in Gastroenterology, Food Allergy, Paediatrics, and Freelance Practice.
